As we continue to comply with current COVID restrictions, access to Vetmed Hospitals is strictly for visitors with an appointment, and who have pre-ordered and are collecting essential medication or pet food. Wearing a mask and signing in via the QR code provided is mandatory.
Please ensure all medication and food requirements are pre-ordered. Unfortunately walk-in orders or any other requests will not be accepted, with the exception of emergency pet care.
In addition, as pet grooming is not an essential service, we are unable to book grooming appointments at this time. This includes routine nail clips. We will advise when our grooming services are to recommence.
In the event of an animal welfare situation or serious health and hygiene concern, we are able to accept welfare grooming cases.
Vetmed Randwick, Forest, Lindfield and Northbridge remain open by appointment for you and your pets. We also offer telehealth appointments, our friendly staff can assist with booking this type of appointment for you should you prefer.
