Dr Edwina Armati
Edwina is a highly qualified and experienced Senior Veterinarian at our Randwick branch.
Edwina initially started work in the original Randwick Veterinary Hospital back in 2004, having previously worked at a mixed practice in Bathurst for two years prior to that.
She is a graduate of the University of Sydney in Veterinary Science and is also a member of the Australian College of Veterinary Scientists.
Edwina loves coming into work and on a day to day basis, she oversees all junior veterinary staff, as well as the reception team.
She especially loves seeing the genuine gratitude from people when the VetMed team has helped heal their beloved pets. She consistently delivers excellence in medical consultations and occasionally performs surgical procedures.
Edwina loves all animals, but has a particular love and passion for cats, admiring their “independence and yet loving nature on their own terms”.
When Edwina is not busy at work, she is equally as busy at home. Together with her husband, she is mum to two boys and cares for two pets – a dog called Ralph and an adopted cat Mitch, making her the only girl in her house! Together as a family, they all love skiing and trying new foods and cultures.
